Richard Baini Awarded Most Outstanding Business Person

Last night at The Inner West Local Business Awards Gala, Director of Richard Matthews Real Estate, Richard Baini, was recognised as the Most Outstanding Business Person of the year from all businesses across the Inner West of Sydney.

Competing with 47 other finalists, the award recognises an outstanding business person whose vision, influence and dedication has shaped a successful local business.

Richard was thrilled to accept the award after endeavouring to consistently show positivity and continue the growth of the company in the face of adversity as well as giving back during trying times.

Richard said, “Having dedicated my entire life to the Inner West, both professionally and having also attended St Patrick’s College Strathfield, I have always been about providing world class service to my clients and always supporting local businesses”.

He continued, “I was raised in a family that has always been community focussed and I respect the family values of ensuring you always give back to your community”.

In an area saturated by more than 20,000 businesses, Richard was first named as one of the highly deliberated 10 finalists as selected by an influx of client nominations and then proceeded to take the title for 2022.

Richard Matthews Real Estate was also recognised as a finalist on the night for ‘Most Outstanding Real Estate Agency’ for the second year running and Sales Executive Tarun Sethi was also nominated as a Finalist for ‘Outstanding Youth’.
