Yesterday afternoon, Director & Auctioneer Matthew Everingham showcased his Auctioneering skills to help raise awareness and funds for Men’s Mental Health. In an event run by Quoi Dining for Hills District Dads, Sunday afternoon was filled with fantastic entertainment, great food and friends all gathering to support Lifeline Australia.
Matthew auctioned an array of items with all proceeds from the night going straight to the charity. With support from both Joshua Mason of Quoi Dining and Barbecues Galore, the night was a roaring success raising more than $6,000.
About the event, Matthew said, “It was incredible seeing facts published recently showing that over 65% of real estate agents suffer from some form of mental health issues, we are in such a high pressure industry”
He continued, “Lifeline is an incredible charity offering a lifesaving service, they offer free support 24/7 to those most in need and the work they do to raise awareness with mental health is invaluable”.
